Hands-on professional learning across all five domains. Every participant completes the EMBER Leadership Survey, receives a personalized growth profile, and builds an individual action plan during the session rather than promising to do it later.
The full day adds small-group coaching circles and peer accountability partnerships that outlast the day itself.

I recommend this package over a standalone keynote for one reason. The most common failure in district professional learning is a powerful day followed by no follow-through, and then a return to exactly what was happening before. A book on a nightstand keeps working after I go home. It gets underlined and dog-eared and handed to a colleague who needs it.
This structure also sits comfortably inside current federal guidance, which favors sustained, job-embedded professional learning over one-time outside speakers.
