All of my coaching is group coaching.

That is deliberate.

The work of rekindling is not something a person does alone in a room with a coach. It happens in the company of people who recognize what you are carrying without needing it explained to them. Cohorts stay small on purpose, applications are read personally, and I facilitate every session myself.

Most leadership development asks you to become a slightly better version of the person the system already rewards. This does something else. For twelve months you work on who you actually are, alongside women who have spent entire careers being excellent in rooms that were not built for them.

The Circle is for Black women leading in schools, districts, and organizations. It is also for allies who want to do more than say the word. Allies are welcome here on one condition: come to listen first, and to change something structural second.

What a year looks like

·Twelve monthly sessions, 90 minutes each. We move through the five EMBER domains twice, because the second pass is where the real work happens.
·Four quarterly intensives, a half day each. Deeper practice, honest data, and time to think without your phone.
·A private space between sessions. Not another feed to keep up with. A room where you can say the thing out loud.
·Fire keepers. Every member is paired with one other member for the full year. You check on each other. That is the whole job.
·Three EMBER Leadership Surveys, at entry, midpoint, and year end, so you can see the movement instead of guessing at it.
·A signed copy of Rekindled, the Rekindled Journal, and every resource I create during the year you are in it.

What you leave with

·A leadership practice that does not depend on your calendar being kind to you.
·Language for what you have been carrying without a name for it.
·Systems you actually changed, rather than systems you talked about changing.
·Nineteen women who know your name and your work and will still pick up the phone in year three.

The Rekindled Room

Five live sessions. Five domains of the EMBER Leadership Framework™. One room, once a month, to actually do the work the book started.

Rekindled was never meant to be a book you read once and set down. It was meant to be a door. The Rekindled Room is what's on the other side of it: a live, monthly gathering where we take one domain of the EMBER Leadership Framework™ at a time and sit with it together, out loud, with your journal open in front of you.

This isn't a webinar. It's a room small enough to be honest in.

Each Room session runs 90 minutes on Zoom, capped at a small group so it stays a conversation rather than a broadcast. We move through the same stories from Rekindled and the Rekindled Black Woman Leader's Journal, one EMBER domain per session, over five months.

The alignment between what you say you believe and what your systems actually show.

Month 2

Make Room for Voice

Whose perspective is shaping the decisions you make, and whose isn't.

Belonging

The structure you build, or fail to build, through every decision.

Whether every door that should be open actually is.

Month 5

Renewal

What it means to treat restoration as infrastructure, not a reward for surviving.

Each session stands on its own. Come to the one domain that's calling to you, or come to all five.
